Three tools I built and use every week, and a client site. Software I rely on myself is the kind I'd put in front of your business.
Branding software I built for my own client work. Describe a business and a Claude-driven designer proposes directions, picks the right image model for each one, then generates and critiques its way to a master logo. One click builds the whole kit. It runs on my machine, on my own keys.
A desktop and downloads auto-organizer. It sorts by how recently you touched things, keeps an undo journal for every move it makes, and searches by name instantly. Runs in the tray and starts with Windows.
Internal monitoring for every site I run. Three scheduled jobs check speed, accessibility and SEO overnight, then put the results on a dashboard built to be read across a room. The audit loop runs one site at a time on purpose, because PageSpeed allows 100 requests per 100 seconds.
A one-page home base for a comic book seller who runs live auctions on Whatnot, where a profile page barely registers in Google. The page owns the shop's name in search. It wears a custom wolf logo with an animated sting, and sends every visitor to one button. Hand-written HTML, shipped September 2026.

When a subscription breaks, there's a company with a support team. When your own software breaks, there's me. That's what the monthly fee pays for — not permission to use what you already own. No contract, cancel any month, no fee.
And the part most people don't say out loud: your database and hosting sit in my accounts while you're on a plan, and move to you on request or when you cancel. Every client gets a separate database project. I never hold a password of yours.
