- A lead magnet offer: A free downloadable "5-Day Meal Plan for Busy Professionals" with shopping lists and prep notes. Simple, genuinely useful, and positioned as a taste of her methodology.
- A booking page: Integrated with her Calendly calendar, so prospects could book a free 20-minute discovery call without back-and-forth emails.
- Clear pricing: Three tiers: 8-week program ($499), 12-week program ($699), ongoing monthly coaching ($299/month). No mystery. No "contact for pricing."
- FAQ section: Answering the 12 most common objections and questions (timeline, nutrition knowledge level, time commitment, etc.)
The site went live on December 15, 2025. Within 30 days, 147 people had downloaded the lead magnet. That single page was generating 340+ website visitors per month—more traffic than Jess's old website had seen in 2 years.
Part 2: The AI Engine — Automated Follow-Up

- If they ghosted: A gentle re-engagement reminder 2 weeks later, asking if they had any other questions or concerns.
The AI system qualified leads, routed them appropriately, and sent personalized follow-up based on their behavior. Jess's job was to show up for the qualified, interested prospects—not to manually track everyone who downloaded a PDF.
90 Days: The Results
By day 78, she had enough inquiries that she closed her booking page. She now has a waitlist and is talking to prospects about joining her next cohort.
